The three-piece set includes an 8-inch carving knife, 6-inch carving fork, and gift box. The set makes a great wedding gift, providing the newlyweds with a fine cutlery set to last them through the years.

Craftsmen forged the carving knife and fork from high carbon stainless steel, providing increased hygiene and permanence. The construction resists rust and stains while maintaining sharpness. The blade undergoes Chicago Cutlery’s special Taper Grind edge process to ensure the sharpest edge possible upon initial use, as well as through years of maintenance.

For greater balance and strength, the carving knife benefits from a full tang and bolster. A comfortable polymer handle secures to the blade with three stainless-steel rivets.

For the best results, sharpen the knife regularly at a 20-degree angle with a sharpening steel.

Wash and dry the knife and fork by hand in warm soapy water. Soaking, washing in the dishwasher, or using abrasives may damage the efficacy and beauty of the cutlery.
