 Proper way to use Premium BB-i3000 bidet seat.
1. Pull "Operation Lever" toward yourself for cold-water by pass.
2. When warm water is ready, set water temperature at desired temperature.
3. Choose nozzle. Posterior nozzle will activate when operation lever was pushed forward and pushing it backward will activate anterior wash nozzle.
4. Do not use excessive water pressure and temperature.
5. If desired, fill soap reservoir with mild soap and push soap reservoir button 2 to 3 times. This will allow mild soap to flow into anterior wash water stream.
6. Constipation problem? Change water pressure low to medium rapidly. This will stimulate anal region to induce bowel movement.
7. When finished, gently remove excessive water in tapping motion using toilet paper. No wiping.
FAQ
Does the BB-3000 require electricity?
- No. It is non-Electric.
How do you get a supply of warm water?
- BB-i3000 connects to both your hot and cold water lines. The hot water line can usually be tapped out of the hand-sink if within 4 feet of the toilet with the parts that come with the kit. BB-i3000 comes with complete installation kit including saddle valve.
Is a professional plumber recommended for installation?
-All offered Bio Bidet products are designed for D.I.Y. Installation and is simple as 1,2,3 requiring no special skill or tools at all. However, you must be experienced in plumbing, if you have none, hire a pro.

Do I need to know which shape is my toilet?
No, the BB-i300 is one size fits all design.
Is it going to fit my toilet?

What actually happens?
When you press the "cleanse" button, a wand, about the size and shape of a fat pencil (that was previously hidden under the seat) automatically extends, washes itself, and then sprays a carefully aimed aerated stream of water for a few seconds, or until you touch the "stop" button. Then the wand rinses itself off again, and it retracts, out of the way again. |

Can I flush the toilet "normally' with a Bio Bidet installed?
Yes, although the water supply for the Bio Bidet and the toilet tank is the same, there is plenty of water for both. You can use the Bio Bidet and flush the toilet at the same time, without any problem whatsoever. |
One Year Limited Warranty

1. UCI warrants its products to be free from manufacturing defects under normal use and service for a period of one (1) year from date of purchase. This warranty is extended only to the ORIGINAL PURCHASER.
2. UCIĄŻs obligations under this warranty are limited to repair or replacement, at UCIĄŻs option, of products or parts found to be defective, provided that such products were properly installed and used in accordance with instructions. UCI reserves the right to make such inspections as may be necessary in order to determine the cause of the defect. UCI will not charge for labor or parts in connection with warranty repairs or replacements. UCI is not responsible for the cost of removal, return and/or reinstallation of products.
3.This warranty does not apply to the following items:
a. Damage or loss sustained in a natural calamity such as fire, earthquake, flood, thunder electrical storm, etc.
b. Damage or loss resulting from any unreasonable use, misuse, abuse, negligence, or improper maintenance of the product.
c. Damage or loss resulting from removal, improper repair, or modification of the product.
d. Damage or loss resulting from sediments or foreign matter contained in a water system.
e. Damage or loss resulting from improper installation or from installation of a unit in a harsh and/or hazardous environment.
4. This warranty gives you specific legal rights. You may have other rights which vary from state to state.
5. To obtain warranty repair service under this warranty, you must take the product or deliver it prepaid to a UCI service facility together with a letter stating the problem, or contact a UCI distributor or products service contractor, or write directly to UCI, INC., 205 Bert Street, Algonquin, IL 60102.
This written warranty is the only warranty made by UCI. Repair or replacement as provided under this warranty shall be the exclusive remedy available to the purchaser. UCI shall not be responsible for loss of the product or for other incidental, special or consequential damages or expenses incurred by the purchaser, or for labor or other costs due to installation or removal, or costs of repairs by others, or for any other expense not specifically stated above. Except to the extent prohibited by applicable law, any implied warranties, including that of merchantability or fitness for use, are expressly limited to the duration of this warranty. Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, or the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation and exclusion may not apply to you.
Warning! UCI shall not be responsible or liable for any failure of, or damage to, this plumbing product or product component caused by either chloramines in the treatment of public water supply or in-tank bowl cleaners containing chlorine (calcium hypochlorite).
Note: The use of high concentration of chlorine or chlorine related products can seriously damage the fittings. This damage can cause leakage and serious property damage.
Return Policy - Exchange or Repair Only Bidet seats which have been installed and/or used are non-refundable due to governmental regulations pertaining to personal hygiene products. UCI cannot accept product returns if the installation hardware kit has been opened or if other signs of use are detected.
How to obtain service:
To obtain repair service under this warranty, you must contact an authorized UIC service center to obtain an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. Proof of purchase in the form of a copy of your original receipt must accompany the returned unit for the warranty to be valid. Take or ship the unit pre-paid to the closest UCI authorized service center along with your RMA number and proof of purchase. |
How long does it take to deliver?
