JOURNEY TO THE UNKNOWN extremely-rare HAMMER related TV
AS AIRED UK series "JOURNEY TO THE UNKNOWN" 6-disc DVD set.
This HAMMER FILMS related UK Anthology thriller series aired from 1968-69. There were 17, 60-minute episodes in color. Each episode featured one
American guest star in the lead role. The 'Unknown' referred to in the title was
the Human Mind. Episodes dealt primarily with normal people in everyday
situations that found themselves having to experience something a bit out of
the normal. Fondly remembered for the creepy introduction, its haunting music
and the night images of the deserted fairground? Theme music by Harry Robinson
Quality is very good and are commercial free.
Along with all 17 episodes of the series, the set also includes A BONUS Episode of another very rare UK series: "OUT OF THE
UNKNOWN: THIS BODY IS MINE".
Region 1 DVD format ONLY. DVDs are DVD-R technology. DVD-R discs are compatible with most newer DVD players from approximately 2002 and up. Virtually all future players from major companies will be DVD-R compatible and many current DVD players are DVD-R compatible even though this format may not be listed on their disc compatibility charts. Though many do, for the most part, these discs usually do not contain any type of additional or "bonus" materials sometimes associated with commercial or factory releases.
