Beautiful Fine off white boucle look straw,
black silk? grosgrain band with bow, navy netting over and around brim, Wide
grosgrain ribbon hanging from interior wher ecrown and brim meet. Gathered
fabric over elastic band that goes around head in back(not the chin). Interior
off-white grosgrain inside(minor soiling).
