Beautiful Organza-like fabric in a golden yellow color. Fabric has a shimmering iridescent look to it. The fabric has imprinted gold metallic leaf randomly placed throughout. A lemon yellow rayon material lines the dress. Caftan arms have imprinted with a metallic band running the length of gown. Both sides different, one side has a 1 ½ inch band while the other side has a more ornate 5 inch band.
This would make a Beautiful Cleopatra, large or small. Golden Serpent jewelry, Egyptian headdress, wig and sandals would complete the costume.
Caftan is in good condition. Minor small spot in back, which is hardly worth mentioning.
Does not distract from the Costume.
Label reads Lane Bryant. Dress has 22 inch zipper. Shoulder to hem is 55 inches. Caftan is 52 under arms and 54 at hips.
