This is the new Rossi 60 Airplane Engine with a large 10mm inside diameter carburetor for high performance instead of the standard 8mm carburetor for fuel economy. The carburetor neck outside diameter is 16mm.  Engine Bore is 22.7mm, Stroke is 24.4mm. The crankshaft thread is 8mm x 1.25. 

The VP Modified engines have Modified sleeve and Crankshaft to increase air/fuel mixture through the engine which increases the engine power and RPM by 20%.
