The First Day cancellation is a facsimile of the President’s signature, and was cancelled at the Ronald Reagan Presidential Library in Simi Valley, California during the First Day of Issue ceremony on February 9, 2005. The color image of the President is surrounded by a gold foiled border. This elegant commemorative envelope is packaged in an archival protective holder. Size 9 1/2” x 4 1/8”. This is a brand new item.
