This lovely dress is adorned with a gorgeous old fashioned ruffled collar, extraordinary poofy sleeves trimmed in rolling ruffles and the finishing peek a boo Victorian ruffled hem. Fit for a princess!!! THE BEAUTY OF THIS DESIGN IS LARGE RUFFLED HEM ALLOWING FOR MANY GORWTH SPURTS. THE RUFFLE CAN PEEK OUT FROM UNDER DRESS 4 INCHES, 3 INCHES, 2 INCHES OR EVEN 1 INCH. SO AS SHE GORWS, THIS PETTICOAT WILL STILL WORK. I have created this dress to hang at a long elegant princess length with a fully gathered skirting using over 2 yds of fabric...  Professionally sewn and finely detailed with very expensive  finest quality cotton and hours of special care and attentive stitching.
