With a beautiful vibrant blue background graced with small white polka dots it matches Mrs. Beasley's dress perfectly. Included is the gorgeous top/dress with a full gathering, darling poofy sleeves, and old fashioned style pantaloons all of which are trimmed in the signature yellow.
