I designed this adorable stunning skirt for a client and I was so pleased with it that I have decided to offer it to others. This design is completely my own and not found anywhere else. I gave it a nice easy fun fit waist with elastic, rows and rows of black with white polka dot strips (to pull out the cats colors), and then more rows and rows of that famous Dr Suess "Cat In The Hat fabric featuring all the characters from the timeless storybook. I added precious ruffles that only make it stunning but gives it that magnificient twirl power. This fabric is VERY limited and no longer available retail, so once I have sold out my inventory it will be gone forever. Dont hesitiate with this one!!
