Perfect under her jumpers. pinafores, and aprons. I create this design with glamorous big poofy elastic cuff sleeves, darling peter pan collar, over 90 inches of gathering for fullness, button front, and serged seams for durability, strength and a professional finish. And for that fanciful finishing touch, a nice 4 inch wide, 5-6 yards long, gathered ruffle to peak out from under the over dress. Just precious!!
