This was designed specially for one of my clients, so I thought I would offer this design to you as well. It turned out so adorable!

GIRLS SZS AVAILABLE ARE new born  GIRLS  SIZE 5.......... Swirly, twirly and irresistibly fun to wear with it's bright aqua background and adorned with that timeless Dr. Suess  classic storybook Cat In The Hat. I added full ruffles and strips to give it alot more character and flare!  This fabric is no longer available retail. It has been retired by the manufacturer making this adorable find not only gorgoeus, but an heirloom keepsake! Just perfect for all yr round!  All seams are serged and finished, making this a finely detailed and equisitely sewn garment.
