Amazingly designed dress that comes with the ability to be worn yr round with any style petticoat, blouse, tank, t-shirt, turtle neck, or all by it's self on hot Summer days... Expect at least 2 yrs wearability...  I have created this dress to hang at a long elegant princess length with a fully gathered skirting using well over 2 yds of fabric for twirling power... Fully line bodice, serged seams, 90 inches of gathering, and button back closure.
