I designed this adorable dress to have the pretty wide gathered straps. I made the straps from a cotton fabric that has very pretty muti yellow coloring. It isnt a solid yellow. It matches that loveable little cat and give the dress an added extra cute flare. I also trimmed the hem and made the sash tie back bow from the matching fabric. This is truly unique and NO ONE else will have one like.
