This darling fabric is a very high quality gorgeous cotton adorned with adorable penguins splashing around in the water, fishing, and just enjoying the beautiful day!! The colors are bright and catching. The design is pretty and comfortable. I matched the fully lined gathered straps, precious tie back sash bow, and pretty border to the penguins beaks and feet. Just stunning!!
