Here is a darling Froggy School dress that will make a precious school portrait. The bodice is fully lined, all seams are serged for a sturdy professional finish, button back closure, gorgeous matching yellow (for the pencil), or green tie back sash bow (your choice, and full 90 inches of gathering for the skirting.
