Cassia essential oil (1 oz.) Cassia: Cinnamomum cassia, steam distilled leaf/twig, China. Cinnamon-like aroma. Because of its content of Carvacrol is considered a skin irritant when applied directly or in massage blend. Should be restricted, perhaps, to soaps only. Blends well with all the spice and citrus oils, geranium and black pepper. Flash point: 190°F.
