Sweet Pea Essential Fragrance Oil 8 Oz.
MeadowSweet has been around since 1997. We are pleased to bring you a much higher quality fragrance oil than you are probably used to. Our oils are suitable for use in candle and soapmaking, as a personal perfume to wear on your skin, in diffusers (both candle and electric), in potpourri and cosmetic formulations...and much more!
Please note that we use several different types of bottles for the various sizes of oils we offer. Although we have shown an empty bottle as an example, you will receive the oil listed in the title of the ad, in the same type of bottle shown.
Our oils have essential oils and absolutes blended in them, along with a carrier oil base. These oil are unlike the synthetic blends that most stores offer. Our oils are extremely well-made, and suitable for most projects.
Our fragrance oils are of the highest quality available, but they cannot be used in Lampe Berger or other catalytic lamps. If you'd prefer this oil made as catalytic fuel, we do have that available in the Catalytic Effusion section of our store. Or, if you'd like this scent made into a Reed Diffuser oil, just let us know, and allow a few extra days to make it.
We are often asked the difference between fragrance and essential oils. Our fragrance oils are handmade. They are made of proprietary blends of essential oils and other ingredients combined with a carrier oil such as fractionated coconut or sweet almond oil. (Fractionated coconut is most often used due to its lack of individual scent and it's wonderful skin soothing properties).
Fragrance oils are thicker than essential oils, because they are blended with a carrier oil. Also, fragrance oils will not have the same therapeutic value as pure essential oils. Fragrance oils can be used in diffusers, but add them to water first. Do not burn them full strength.
