VINTAGE Hand Painted Plate & Saucer Made in Japan
The following listing is for a handpainted matching plate and saucer and may be just the pieces you need to complete your set. The outer edges are in a shimmering gray/green, while the centers are a splatterware yellow. A hand painted black line separates the colors. They are both signed 'HAND PAINTED', MADE IN JAPAN on the back. The plate measures approximately 7 1/4", the saucer approximately 5 3/8". They are in good condition with only some slight scratching which is not surprising considering their age. There are some bubbles and imperfections which occurred in their making, but no serious flaws such as breaks or chips.
