Vintage Folk Art Monkey Made of Tiny Sea Shells
The following listing is for a neat folk art piece. The item is a monkey which has been made of zillions of tiny sea shells in a variety of contrasting colors. He has googly eyes encased in an old plastic. Considering the delicate nature of the materials, he's in pretty good shape, but does have two spots with missing shells on the back (see pics). There are some shells that have been broken, but not many. He measures approximately 7 1/2" tall. Very cute piece of vintage folk art!!
