*NEW* 4 BILLY BLANKS TAE BO VHS WORKOUT KICKBOXING
The following listing is for a set of four new Billy Blanks VHS workout tapes. This is the 2004 CAPTURE THE POWER SERIES. It includes~~FOUNDATION~~STRENGTH~~POWER~~AND ENERGY. These have only been viewed once (I purchased them new) to be sure they worked properly, with the exception of the Energy workout, which I did twice. These are all excellent workouts. The only reason I'm selling them is that I have a fabulous Billy Blanks cardio workout that I do, as well as the basic workout he created originally, two of his eight minute workouts, and the excellent 'Get Ripped Advanced Workout'. I also have a couple of other kickboxing tapes I do, and buns of steel as well. So many workouts, only one me!! Believe me, these are very desirable workouts and you won't be disappointed!
