All sales are final in most cases. If we make a mistake we will refund or replace the item. If YOU make the mistake then it is up to our discretion if a refund will be made.

Colorado residents please add 7.72% sales tax. I accept PayPal, VISA, MasterCard & American Express. If you are not paying with PayPal you will have to call our office in order to pay with a credit card. Shipping insurance is optional but highly recommended. COMBINED PURCHASE POLICY
If you are purchasing more than one item, PLEASE pay for all items together in order to get discounted shipping and handling costs. If you don't do that, I reserve the right to refund the amount and request a new payment. This WILL slow down your shipment. You can send me an email before paying if my checkout system has not combined your items automatically and I will combine the items so that you can pay for everything together.

Buyers from outside of the United States are welcome to purchase IF, AND ONLY IF payment is made through PayPal. Please feel free to contact me before making a purchase for a quote on the shipping and handling costs. I am happy to give you a quote but I need to know about ALL the items that you are interested in.

SHIPPING & HANDLING TIMES
We usually (but not always) ship on Tuesdays and Fridays. Please keep that in mind when making your shipping choices. If you have a deadline please shoot me an email and let me know so that I can let you know if I can meet that deadline. If you choose either Priority or Express please keep in mind that refers to the time it takes the USPS and does not change when the package ships. First Class shipping typically takes 3-5 days; Parcel Post shipping typically takes 5-10 days; Priority shipping typically takes 2-3 days. International packages have been known to take 7-14 days to reach their destination because of having to clear Customs. Once a package leaves our hands the timing of the delivery is up to the USPS and can take longer than the typical times listed. Shipping and handling costs are never refundable (unless of course we made the mistake).
