A happy customer is a return customer! If you are dissatisfied with your items or my handling of your order (e.g., slow shipment), please contact us before providing negative feedback. We will do everything we can to make you satisfied. If we cannot make you satisfied then negative feedback is deserved. We will provide negative feedback for lack of payment, excessively slow payments and bounced checks. We have a 14-day, no questions asked, money-back return policy on all items. This money-back return policy does NOT include the amount paid for shipping, handling and/or insurance. All items must be returned in the same condition as they were shipped. For raw cards, raw sets and supplies, our seals and/or any other factory seals (e.g., tape seals, cello wrappings, etc.) must remain intact for a refund to be given. For professionally graded items, no refund will be provided if there is evidence of tampering with the encapsulation holder.

Shipping Policy
We will generally ship items no later than 2 business days after payment is received except for payments by personal checks and eChecks. For personal checks and eChecks, we will generally ship items no later than 2 business days after the check clears. Normally, items will be shipped on the day after the payment is received or after the check clears. We will attempt to package items from multiple Ebay auctions together where possible and will reduce the shipping cost accordingly. If you win more than one Ebay auction within a 7-day span, please let us know in case we don't notice that you have. All items will be well packaged to avoid damage. Shipping insurance is required on Ebay auction items totaling greater than $100. Shipping insurance is not required, but highly suggested, on Ebay auction items totaling less than $100. Shipping insurance is included with all items purchased in our online store. We will not be responsible for lost or damaged items if shipping insurance has not been purchased.

About Us
Our company is a home-based internet and Ebay sports cards business run by my wife and I in our spare time. We specialize in baseball cards; however, we do have a limited number of other sports cards available. Our dream is to expand our home-based business to the degree that we can open our own local sports cards shop in the southern Maryland region in addition to running our home-based business.
