'52 Snapshots Soldiers Enjoying Schlitz Beer Cans Pabst
This are four old photographs showing soldiers enjoying Schlitz Beer (and one can of Pabst). One is dated January, 1952 and I think all are from the around the same time. They were probably taken on a base somewhere during the Korean War. Each photo measures 4" x 5". The first shows four soldiers standing around what looks like a heater - each guy holding a Schlitz. (Though a couple upside down). (This photo has some creases and there are tape marks on the back.) The 2nd photo shows four soldiers seated at a table - two have Schlitz and one has a Pabst. Looks like they've knocked off a bunch of beers already! (This photo has tape marks on the back - there is one small piece of tape on the front of the photo) The third photo shows two soldiers seated at a table and some more Schlitz cans on the table. The soldier on the right has a unique mustache and he is holding a carton of Lucky Strike cigarettes. (This photo has several creases and tape marks on the back.) The fourth photo shows three soldiers seated at a table with Schlitz cans and one Budweiser - a pack of Pall Malls too. (This photo is dated on the front and back - there are a couple creases - tape marks on the back and names on the back along with an address in Jacksonville, FL. A NICE GROUP OF SCHLITZ BUDDIES PHOTOS! Postage is $2.75.
