1964 TV News Lawrence Welk Lassie Petticoat Junction The Rogues Local Guide IND
This is the December 5, 1964 issue of TV News, a weekly Indianapolis television magazine with listings for all the local shows. It measures 5" x 7-5/16" and has 40 pages. Lawrence Welk is featured on the cover and in a 2 page article. There is a one page article on the girls of Petticoat Junction. There is a one page story on David Niven of "The Rogues". There is a one page story on Lassie's new owner, Robert Bray. There are a few paragraphs on the new animated cartoon "Rudolph the Red-Nosed Reindeer" starring Burl Ives. There is a photo and paragraph on the new Jamboree show. There is a one page article on Emmaline Henry, video wife of Mickey Rooney. The TV magazine is in good condition - there is a subscription address on the back cover - there are a couple light marks on the cover - there is light dirt on the back cover - there is a small stain on the cover - 4 pages have a light brown stain. Local TV magazines are much harder-to-find than the nationally distributed TV Guide. This magazine would only have been distributed in Indiana. A NICE PIECE OF LAWRENCE WELK / TELEVISION MEMORABILIA!
