Expo 85 Britain at Tsukuba Japan Booklet & Bookmark Margaret Thatcher
This is a book sold or given away at the British Pavilion at Expo '85 - Tsukuba, Japan titled "Britain at Tsukuba Expo '85". Also included is a bookmark from the British Pavilion and a plastic bag given away at the British Pavilion. The booklet measures 8-1/4" x 11-3/4". The booklet is softcover and has 48 pages. (The covers are card stock and the pages are thick paper - a high quality booklet, kind of expensive to give away) The booklet has text in Japanese and in English. The booklet opens with a greeting by PM Margaret Thatcher. The booklet discusses Britain's technology, health, performance cars, food, protecting the environment, the working royal family, commercial architecture. (No photos of the British Pavilion) Stuck inside was a BBC World Service (radio) bookmark that is shaped like Big Ben. The booklet is in good condition - it has some light bends. A NICE ITEM FROM THE BRITISH EXHIBIT AT EXPO '85! Media postage is $4.00.
