Cosmetically I rate this a 6 or 7 out of Ten
The discoloring is normal and there is some glue spots
Mechanically and the quality of fletching job it will do
I rate this fletcher a 9.75 on a scale of ten

The silver tape on the clamp is Bohning's non stick tape
designed to stop glue from sticking to the clamp
