All games are used, include the Original Box,

Please allow a 4-8% variance in titles, although we have thousands and thousands of games in stock, we do run out of a few titles here and there. Don't worry when/if we have to subtitute a title here or there, we'll make sure it's as good as and in most cases, better than the title it's replacing. We'll often throw in a couple extra games if we have to substitute titles.
The most common question we get on our used
games after people receive them is "Are these new?" - they look that
good! No, we don't expect you to take our word for it, but we've been
buying/selling used video games since 1989, look at our feedback and
also under eBay seller "bregamesmmcm3" - if we weren't doing something
right, we probably wouldn't have lasted 20 years in business.
The
pictures included here are sample pictures from our retail store. The
items included in this wholesale lot are as described above. We are
confident that you know what a PlayStation 2 game with box and
instructions looks like or an Xbox or GameCube game.... We're doing too
many of these wholesale packages to take pictures of every one, it just
slows down the process... We would rather spend the time creating new
wholesale lots and/or shipping the product to you.
We normall
try to size our game lots between 50 and 200 pieces. Yes, we know you
don't want a lot of sports games, they are a dime a dozen, but we
include some here and there to keep the average price of the entire lot
lower. We would like to hear your feedback on the types and sizes of
game lots you would like to purchase. Please see our eBay store and our

All NEW items are factory sealed, factory fresh merchandise.
USED games and DVDs have a 90 day warranty against defects and are offered in various configurations. USED systems and accessories have a 30 day warranty again defects. It is the customer's/buyer's responsibility to return defective items for replacement. See above description for specific details.

Processing & Handling Time
Most orders will be processed within 1 - 3 business days (not counting weekends or holidays). You will receive a shipping notification by e-mail when your order is shipped. The transit time for shipping will depend on the shipping method you select during checkout. Returns Policy
Non-defective merchandise may be returned within 30 days of purchase for a refund of the purchase price (shipping charges are not refundable). We do not exchange returned items for alternate titles. If you wish to order a different item, please do so directly through our online listings.
Damaged or defective items may be returned within 90 days (30 days for video game consoles and accessories) and will be replaced with another copy of the same item.
