Carved Marble Frog or Toad with another frog inside of it!
When you look inside the sculpted little holes on this figurine you see another smaller frog!
The detail is exquisite! It is a shame I could not get better pictures!
But you will not be disappointed!
It messures 4" long by just a little over 2 1/2 wide and 1 1/2 tall.
The marble has lines of different shades of green, brown tan and white.
When I first saw it I thought it was jade. It is art at its finest!
I am also listing another little marble frog inside a frog but it it much smaller... but cute and the coloring is different. They go very good together. I can ship them both together for no extra shipping!
As with any of my antiques or vintage pieces, they are one of a kind. I am not saying you may not find something identical or similar out there, but you more than likely you will not find a piece like it in my store. And the chances of me having another one like it in the future are slim. I spend a lot of time looking for treasures that will make people happy!
