By the way this book is obviously Rare I could not find it on the internet. Its from 1980 so I guess its now vintage.... does that mean we can not rely on what the good Dr says? Actually its still a very good self help book the techneques have not changed and can still help you.
When you open the book the first paragraph on the dusk cover reads: (This is a book of hope. )
I personally can understand pain. I have lived with neck and back aches and pain for years. This book is clearly more to help those who suffer from Muscular pain, along with neck and head aches and so on. Its more to help relieve problems due to tension and stress. Which personally I think in todays world we all live with stress! So I say what the heck! If it works lets try it! Or we can Hope!
The condition of this book: Dusk Jacket is a bit dirty from being handled and there are some water spots as you can see in the picture The book itself is primarily in good shape; but the back top corner is a little warped where it had gotten wet. Other than this its not falling apart and as I said in fair condition.
