CADDYSHACK Set of 1200 Promotional Color Slides GOLF Comedy 1979 CHEVY CHASE
Welcome to the listing of a absolutely guaranteed original American set of about 1200-1300 color slides, all different or close to it from CADDYSHACK . I haven't counted them but there are 30 stacks in the box of mostly 40 to 50 slides per stack in the box. Hey, I haven't checked out even fifty of these slides. I just looked at a few along the top to take the photo's in this listing. They are exactly as I got them long ago, and seem untouched for the most part since whoever packed these slides in the box , which (THE BOX) seems like it is original to the set of slides when first used . This is only just my speculation but most stacks in the box have a designation with a paper label typewritten laying on the top of the stack or near to it, some are under a rubber band. I have included a photo of the slides in the box. The labels say - Chevy Chase and others, Caddyshack Prime, Brian Doyle / Murray, Caddyshack Approved Prime, Informal's, George DeNunzio and several stacks have a - Scenes - label too. I took some off the top and put in a sheet and took the photo's for this listing. All the ones I looked at were near mint condition and seem totally unused with nothing on them, not even dust. Some as you can see do not have the Orion preprinted slide holders but the majority seem to be in the Orion slide holders. A totally awesome I would assume complete set or near to it of promotional Orion Pictures slides from the film Caddyshack. Caddyshack, the classic 1980 Orion Pictures Harold Ramis directed country club golfing sports screwball sex comedy film that stars Chevy Chase (as Ty Webb), Rodney Dangerfield (as Al Czervik), Ted Knight (as Judge Smails), Michael O'Keefe (as Danny Noonan), Bill Murray ("as Carl"), Sarah Holcomb (as Maggie O'Hooligan), Brian Doyle-Murray (as Lou Loomis), Cindy Morgan (as Lacey Underall), and Henry Wilcoxon (as The Bishop).
NOTE: I want the buyer to pick this item up in person to be sure they are satisfied. I have had some problems in the past with expensive rare items and buyers false claims after they receive the item . You want this ultra rare item you need to come to L.A. and pick it up or we find some way that I can sufficiently protect myself, because you can take however long you need to inspect this purchase but when you take them with you its no return accepted , as I had some clown that had in mind to buy them scan them and throw them back to me - that's not going to happen .
