Welcome to the auction of a absolutely guaranteed original was trimmed at the top and apprx. fine to very fine condition and now restored to very fine condition . This card looks close to perfect in person just like the photo's and looks absolutely awesome with bright colors. American 14 by 22 inch 1938 window card size movie poster for THE ADVENTURES OF ROBIN HOOD . The film stars Errol Flynn, Olivia de Havilland, Basil Rathbone, Claude Rains, Patric Knowles, Eugene Pallette and Alan Hale. The top photo's are mostly before restoration and below that are the restored appearance some photos got mixed a bit but as you can see very little was needed to restore this card but to replace the top blank area that was trimmed off and there was some restoration paint that was redone in the area of the blocks of stone on the lower left and the black penciling of the bottom writing was removed. You can see from the before and after close-up shots there was very little difference in appearance some small stuff was removed from Olivia's face you can see if you look at the before then after shot . The card was removed from it's original backing and was rebacked with very close to the original thickness and appearance card stock which by the way it seems most restorers don't have anymore as It's been impossible to find the last 6-7 years , this card was restored at Precision Restoration .
