The Native Americans cherished it and it shows up on many of their cave paintings in the southwest.
According to Chinese mythology the world rests on the shoulders of a great tortoise as it symbolizes internal strength.
These beads are a southwestern design interpreting this wonderful design. This lot contain 12 beads pictured front and back.
They are 15mm x 11mm wide.
