Payments must be received within 2 weeks (14 days) from date of the end of the auction. Otherwise items will be relisted.
After 2 weeks after the end of auction a non payment notice will be filed with E-Bay & appropriate feedback left.
If the item is not as described or presented buyer may return it for a full purchase price refund within 7 days of receipt (no shipping refund). Most items sold by Liquidaction are new and as such are in as new condition. If some pieces are missing, be sure to communicate with manufacturer. If problem, you can return the stock in the following 7 days .
As we are not opening each box we receive or as products are directly shipped by manufacturer, we can't know before and avoid all problems. Any problem or deficiency we know will be outlined in the description. Canadian buyers must add G.S.T to the total of the purchase price + shipping cost;if living in Quebec, you must add TVQ. We undertake to do our best to provide you with the best service we can by email and will do whatever is reasonable to resolve any problem you may have.
Shortage: We are working with many supplier, so if you bought something that we can't ship in the following 2 business days after the reception of your payment, we will give you a refund
Warranty:The warranty is given by the manufacturer.If a problem occur, please contact manufacturer at first, as we are not keeping spare parts.
If it's happen that you have a problem you agree to let us attempt to resolve whatever the issue is before leaving negative feedback. In the event that we are unable to resolve your concerns you agree to be bound by arbitration with "Paypal" ) before leaving negative feedback. IF YOU LEAVE US NEGATIVE FEEDBACK WITHOUT FOLLOWING OUR TERMS OF SALE AND TRYING TO RESOLVE ANY ISSUE YOU MAY HAVE, WE WILL BE FORCED TO LEAVE NEGATIVE FEEDBACK AS WELL.
