Shipping Information
We ship most of our products by Fedex Ground or USPS. Transit time is 2 - 5 business days. Products normally ship out of our warehouse within 2 business days. Shipping costs are always listed just below the item description. Our online checkout system will automatically calculate shipping discounts on multiple items so you do not need to request an invoice from us. We do not ship to China, Indonesia, Malaysia, Russia, Eastern Europe or Africa.

Hours of Business
We are a registered company operating from business premises. Our office hours are from 9.30am to 5.00pm (CST) Monday through Friday. If you email or call us after 5pm on Friday, you may not receive a response until Monday or possibly Tuesday. Please understand that when we open on Monday morning we have hundreds of orders to process and hundreds of emails to answer.
