PRISTINE MINT - A Flawless copy - A Magazine that has no flaws - Rare due to condition regardless of age -
Pages are original tone with no discoloration -
NEWSTAND MINT: A magazine that appears as nice as one you could find on a newstand today - regardless of the age - May have a slight imperfection , ie..stress mark on the spine, small dink to an edge - but free from imperfections such as creases, tears, spine splits, or stains. Pages are original tone with no discoloration - (The vast majority of magazines we sell are in this condition)
VERY FINE condition - Magazine appears Minty with one or two MINOR imperfections - ie..may have a couple of dings to an edge, minor crease to a corner, very small spine split, several stress marks o the spine. Cover retains original cover gloss, no creases or tears - Staples tight with no tears or rust - Appears as if read perhaps once then put away. Pages are original tone with no discoloration - to off white.
FINE- Slightly more imperfections then above - may have three or more minor imperfections listed above - Generally has retained slight original cover gloss but may be less brillant then above - still a cover that is clean - lays flat with perhaps a heavy crease - wear on the edges - Spine still solid with a small split allowed - staples tight with no rust - A very nice copy to add to your collection. Pages are off white to cream colored and supple.
VERY GOOD condition: Magazine appears read several times - Still a nice solid copy - Some wear to the spine from use- staples still attached although may be slight tears where attached - Pages are cream colored and supple.
GOOD Condition - Magazine appears heavily read but is complete and readable. May have defects such as creases or tears - Spine may have moderate splits. Staples may have tears or one is pulled where attached to cover but cover still attached.
