Customer Service - All orders are shipped the same day of receipt of payment or within 24 hours. Weekend and Holiday orders ship the next business day. Your UPS tracking number will be emailed to you once your order ships so you can track your order on its way to you. Please provide a physical address and not a PO Box since UPS can not deliver to a PO Box. IMPORTANT! It is the buyers responsibility, not the seller, to ascertain and obey all applicable local, state, and federal laws regarding the possession and use of any item offered. If you are unsure, please contact your local or state authorities. By placing an order, the buyer represents that all products purchased will be used in a lawful manner and that he/she is of legal age. We stand behind all our products. In the unlikely event of a defective item, we will replace the item with an identical one. The defective item must be returned before a replacement can be sent.

Due to the nature of the products, returns will not be accepted unless the product is found to be defective. Returns will only be accepted for products damaged upon shipment to the customer. All returns must be authorized by Innovative Product Ideas before the product(s) is returned. All products must be returned in the original packaging. Request to return products must be obtained from Innovative Product Ideas within five (5) day period after the customer has received the product(s).Shipping & Handling charges are non-refundable.

WARRANTY:
We guarantee all Innovative Product Idea products to be free of defects in workmanship and material for 90 days (unless manufacturer's warranty is longer. We will replace or repair the product(s) at our option providing there is no evidence of customer misuse, or alteration.
