D&D 3.5e Shackled City Dungeon Adventure Path NEW HC
Published in 2005, this Dungeons & Dragons 3.5 Edition mega-adventure from Paizo Publishing written by Jesse Decker, James Jacobs, Tito Leati, David Noonan, Christopher Perkins, and Chris Thomasson is NEW: Brand new unread copy. Poster map and map booklet still attached.
A Complete Dungeons & Dragons Campaign!
Evil schemes are afoot in Cauldron, a metropolis of merchants built into the caldera of a long-dormant volcano. Drive by the dreams of an insane demon prince, bizarre cultists known as the Cagewrights scheme from ancient tunnels beneath the volcano, stoking it once more to terrible life. To prevent their agenda, your band of adventurers must brave haunted jungle ruins, slay mighty dragons, and bind themselves to a layer of the infinite Abyss. Will their swords and spells be enough to save the Shackled City?
Originally published as 11 linked adventures in the award-winning Dungeon magazine, the Shackled City Adventure Path is the most ambitious official Dungeons & Dragons campaign ever created. Now, for the first time ever, everything you need to play the campaign has been compiled into a deluxe 416-page full-color hardcover that also includes an 8-panel fully detailed map of the City of Cauldron, a 24-page full-color map and illustration booklet, and a brand new Shackled City adventure written by fan favorite author Christopher Perkins.
To use this Adventure Path, a Dungeon Master also needs the Player's Handbook and Dungeon Master's Guide, published by Wizards of the Coast.
This has to be one of the best adventures ever published. I'm reading "Lords of the Oblivion" (chapter 8), and I wish I had more time so I could DM this adventure. Well written and well conceived, each adventure builds on the last, with more complications and more dangerous foes as the PCs increase in level. The only disadvantage I see? It's set so firmly in Greyhawk that it's difficult to move it to other campaign settings. However, I suggest Vilhon Reach for the Forgotten Realms and the Minrothad Guilds for Mystara. Other Mystara fans have suggested Davinia and the Jungle Coast.
Shipping & Handling
If you live outside the US, including Canada: Media Mail, First Class, and Priority Mail shipping are not available. I prefer to ship by Global Priority Mail, where available, because your item arrives in 4-6 days. I am happy to offer Global Priority Mail Flat-Rate Envelope where available, but please realize that the envelope offers little protection to the item. Please note that I will not lie on customs forms and list items as gifts, when they are not. All payments must be in US dollars. Your shipping cost is calculated as closely as possible to the actual cost and then includes $2.18 for the sturdy envelope (*not* the flimsy ones provided by the US Postal Service). Global Priority Mail includes a tracking number. Unfortunately, I am unable to provide insurance for international packages. Please note that any customs duties are the responsibility of the bidder.
US bidders: The listed shipping cost is calculated as closely as possible to the actual cost, and then includes $2.18 for the cost of the sturdy cardboard envelope I use to ship. All US orders include delivery confirmation. If you do not purchase insurance, I cannot be held responsible for items lost by the Postal Service.
Remember, Media Mail can take up to six weeks for delivery. If you do elect Media Mail shipping, I highly recommend insurance. | | US Shipping | Calculated US Shipping Enter ZIP Code and click button to see prices: USPS Media Mail®

About Me Hail and well met! Welcome to Hieroglyphs Books! I've been a gamer for 20 years (wow, that's scary!), and so you can be sure that I'm describing items accurately as to condition and contents. I've used most of the modules and books myself, so I know what's supposed to be there.
I work full-time in addition to selling books on eBay, so please be patient if you don't receive an immediate response from me. I do try to ship items the next day after payment is received, though that may not always be possible. Condition Description I try to describe my items as clearly as possible, so you understand exactly what you are bidding on.
- New: Item still in shrinkwrap, or has obviously never been used.
- Mint: Shrinkwrap has been removed, or shrinkwrap is damaged. There are no material faults with the cover and the pages.
- Near Mint: There are one or two small flaws with the cover or the pages. This would include whitening on cover edges or stray pencil marks inside.
- Very Good: Item has multiple small flaws, such as whitening or stray pencil marks.
- Good: Item has multiple flaws that could include damage to covers or pages. Does not affect the useability of the item.
- Acceptable: Item has a large number of flaws, but item is still useable.
Return Policy I want you to be happy with your purchase. Unlike other stores, all sales are not final. If the item you receive differs materially from what I listed, please contact me within 30 days of auction close, and I will refund your purchase price (minus any shipping charges). However, if you do not purchase insurance, I am not responsible for items lost by the post office. Winning More Auctions Interested in winning more auctions?
