Published in 1989, this issue of Dragon Magazine for Advanced Dungeons & Dragons 2nd Edition is in Very Good condition: Very light whitening on cover edges. Pages browning but otherwise clean.
The November 1989 issue of Dragon Magazine contains the following articles:
- "At Close Quarters," pp. 78-79. "Reality rules" for Top Secret combat.
- "The Dragon's Bestiary," pp. 29-31. The wang-liang (a relative of the ogre mage) are dying out -- and they'd like to take a few humans with them.
- "Earn Those Heirlooms!" pp. 23-24. Only your best behavior will win your family's prize katana.
- "The Ecology of the Kappa," pp. 15-16. Kappa are strange, but you'd be wise not to laugh at them.
- "The Ecology of the Yuan-ti," pp. 33-35.
- "Soldiers of the Law," pp. 19-21. The next ninja you meet might actually work for the police.
- "Son of the Ultimate Addenda," pp. 91-93. More answers on the Marvel Super Heroes' Ultimate Powers Book.

I try to describe my items as clearly as possible, so you understand exactly what you are bidding on.
- New: Item still in shrinkwrap, or has obviously never been used.
- Mint: Shrinkwrap has been removed, or shrinkwrap is damaged. There are no material faults with the cover and the pages.
- Near Mint: There are one or two small flaws with the cover or the pages. This would include whitening on cover edges or stray pencil marks inside.
- Very Good: Item has multiple small flaws, such as whitening or stray pencil marks.
- Good: Item has multiple flaws that could include damage to covers or pages. Does not affect the useability of the item.
- Acceptable: Item has a large number of flaws, but item is still useable.
