Lot of 3 VINTAGE BEADED SHOULDER HANDBAG & CLUTCH PURSE
The following listing is for a lot of three vintage bead decorated purses. One is a clutch style purse and the other two have chain shoulder straps. The clutch purse has a snap closure, with an open interior and one small pocket. The front has a wonderful beaded floral or leaf design in two shades of gold within a wavy diamond pattern, with a small strip of the design on the back as well. The purse is made of a satiny feeling material which is continued on the inside. This is in very good condition and measures approximately 8" by 5". The first of the shoulder bag style pocketbooks is black with gold tone beading in both round and baguette shapes, alternating in wavy rows. The frame and closure is brass, as is the chain. It has an open interior in a satiny like cloth, with one small pocket. This is in very good condition, with just minimal wear to some of the round gold tone beading on the corners. There is the remnant of a tag which may have said where this was made, but no information remains on it. The bag measures approximately 9 1/2" by about 5 1/2", and the chain measures about 17" long when extended from the purse. The third purse is white with round silver tipped white beading and a long tubular bead that is clear with dark silver or gray tipped ends. The long tubular beads are arranged to form a pattern that is similar to Native American styles. The chain is silver toned, as is the closures, which are actually dolphin or whale shaped pieces. The chain is attached such that it can be left long for an over the shoulder carry, or doubled up and carried in the hand. The satiny white interior is open, with one small pocket. There is a tag inside which says, Styled by, Safram, (I believe, although the S looks almost like an 8), Made in Hong Kong. This purse measures approximately 7" by 6". The chain is about 8" long when doubled up, and about 15" long when meant to go over the shoulder. This purse is in very good condition also, with minimal wear.
