Vintage Amberina Candy Dish or Compote
The following listing is for a vibrant piece of glass, generally referred to as 'Amberina' because of the blending of amber and red/orange colored glass. This one is either a compote or candy dish. It may have had a lid at one time. The pattern is somewhat diamond like. It measures 4 1/2" tall and is 3 1/2" square. There is what looks like the number 1 up inside the coned base. It's in good condition, with only some slight wear. There are of course bubbles in the glass and expected imperfections which occur in the making of glass items. Wonderful color!
