Sad Iron Dec Handle & Trivet *E* Enterprise
The following listing is for an early sad iron and an iron trivet. The sad iron has a nice decorated handle, with decoration around the edges of the iron, and a decoration in the middle with the number 6 in it's center. The trivet is from the Enterprise Manufacturing Co. of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, and has a wonderful stylized 'E' in the center. Both are great old pieces. They are in good condition, but as you'll notice in the photo of the trivet, there's a break near the point. The iron measures 6 1/4" by 4" and the trivet measures 6 1/4" long by 4 1/2".
