*NICE* VTG Tole Tray Paint Hearts Lady & Gent Fisherman
The following listing is for a very nice vintage folk art tole tray. The tray is in paint. The scene shows a man holding a fishing pole which dangles in a stream, complete with fish and floating lure. There are two other characters on the tray; a woman with a turkey on a tray, which she is holding out to a gentleman standing before her. Around the inside rim there are hearts, flowers, and leaves. This is a very nice, very decorative piece of old tin or tole. It's in good condition, but does show some wear and scratching consistent with age and use. The bottom of the tray has some roughness and a bit of rust. It measures approximately 13 1/4" in diameter. Found in a local home we bought the contents of and market fresh! Very charming!!
