Antique Shaker Fly Swatter Flyswatter Wooden Handle
The following listing is for an antique Shaker fly swatter. This unique and wonderful item has a twisted wire culminating in a gorgeous wooden handle. The wooden handle has traces of red paint/stain. The swatter portion has an old wool or felt material wrapped and sewn on it. The fly swatter is in very good condition, with great patina. The metal frame of the swatter part can be seen in a couple of places through the material. This measures approximately 17 3/4" long. I purchased this some time ago from a well known Shaker dealer/collector/lecturer and it has been in my collection for years.
