(1) Please provide your auction number on all payments.

(2) If you are using the new checkout feature from eBay. Please remember to add shipping and handling charge.

For Exchange of defective products, buyer must contact seller within 3 days of the receipt to obtain RMA # (Return Merchandise Authorization #), and item must be returned to us within 10 days of receipt as original condition including tags, booklets and box (if any). All S/H fee is the sole responsibility of the buyer, and we will not reimburse shipping fee for all returned items. All shipping and handling costs are non-refundable.
