The Mini Bag measures 7 x 9 inches and is perfect for not only those people who cook in small quantities, but also for people who have small microwaves.
The principle of the Potato Baking Bag is, that it traps the heat and moisture inside the bag, which causes the food to cook faster and also keeps it moist. By using the large bag, for one potato or ear of corn, the cavity of the bag is too large for the amount of food being cooked and will not work efficiently. This may also cause the bag to overheat from the lack of steam being produced.
