The principle of the Potato Baking Bag is, that it traps the heat and moisture inside the bag, which causes the food to cook faster and also keeps it moist. By using the large bag, for one potato or ear of corn, the cavity of the bag is too large for the amount of food being cooked and will not work efficiently. This may also cause the bag to overheat from the lack of steam being produced.
This Amazing Potato Baking Bag is designed for use in your microwave oven. It is excellent for Baking
White potatoes, sweet potatoes, Corn on the cob and more. The bag is
machine washable in your home machines and will last for years.
The main difference in baking with the Potato Baking
Bag is that YOU DO NOT PIERCE HOLES IN THE POTATO and they do not
explode. The heat and moisture are trapped inside the bag with the
potatoes cooking them faster and retaining the moisture so that you
have a moist, smooth flesh and outer skin. Do Not pierce the potato, it
will not explode in the bag. No more dry shriveled up potatoes with
hard lumps.
