Negative and neutral feedback tools or any other low scoring of sellers including Ebay's DSR scores should not be used throughout e-commerce sites without careful consideration. Ebay warns users regarding this matter and says that negative feedback should only be issued if you are extremely certain that you are correct and refunds have not been made!
