We appreciate you our great customers and issue feedback within 24 hours of you leaving a feedback. The Vendio system we use only allows feedback to be issued after you leave it for us, otherwise we would leave it when you pay for your item. Feedback is very, very important to us and we appreciate the time it takes you our valued customer to do this. If you can not leave us five stars in all four DSR categories and positive feedback then we request that you contact us so that we can provide a satisfactory remedy to your problem not exceeding a full refund. We are only human and sometimes do have errors occur and many problems are out of our immediate control. Read what we believe are one of the top quatitative sets of feedback comments on Ebay that we have had posted and we are proud that our feedback score has never gone below 99.9%! Ebay’s new Seller Program has been problematic. We urge you to check carefully as many so called highly rated Sellers actually have numerous negative feedbacks or at least more than many other sellers and in many cases their feedback scores are between 99.5-99.9%! Also, many such Sellers are offering prices that are 30-50 percent higher than ours and other sellers prices! We recently even found one such Seller who was conducting illegal activities in their listings! We leave it to you to judge whether all of this really is accurate and helpful to the buyer as some of it does appear misleading to us! In the final analysis we urge you to evaluate all aspects of your purchase! We have qualified for the coveted Seller designation at times and at other times are missing it usually by .12% of a point in one DSR category and in the other three categories we are usually scoring way within the required scores. Remember, sellers do not know why we get low DSR scores so we think it would be better for Ebay for us to remedy any perceived customer problems and we can’t do it if we don’t know what they are or if they really existed or the low DSR scores were just given inadvertently! In some cases an occasional low DSR, and we only get them rarely, is given by accident in filling out the forms, but Ebay’s requirements for this are so rigorous that there is no room given for statistical and respondent error! Remember fives are the best scores and not ones and twos! No matter how good any seller is right now this is an almost hit or miss lucky thing for many of us 99.5% feedback or better sellers. Negative and neutral feedback tools or any other low scoring of sellers including Ebay's DSR scores should not be used throughout e-commerce sites without careful consideration. Ebay warns users regarding this matter and says that negative feedback should only be issued if you are extremely certain that you are correct and refunds have not been made! Folks, there really is no reason with us for negative or neutral feedback and we appreciate your kind appraisal of our outstanding feedbacks. Other merchants have now won lawsuits for thousands of dollars against Ebay buyers who unfairly leave such feedbacks.
