I am writing to say thank you for the incredible customer service I experienced shopping online at Remo's. My son desperately wanted Star Wars Force Unleashed 2 pack, but I was reluctant to get it because of the cost. Then I found Remo's and the price was $10 cheaper, including shipping and handling. I called to find out if you had the toy in stock and Matt called me back immediately to confirm the item was in. He then called me back again to make sure I placed the order correctly. Kalee & ScooterX products will ship in 3-4 business days. All other orders ship within 1-3 business days (Monday through Friday) after receiving cleared payment. Shipping times vary depending destination. X-Treme products ship from Washington (state). Kalee products ship from California. All other products ship from Wisconsin. Buyer is responsible for all shipping charges. As stated in our listings all 1st class shipments will ship in a bubble mailer (unless otherwise stated). Shipping insurance is available and recommended for all domestic orders. Shipments that exceed one cubic foot (package size) and have USPS priority selected as a shipment type will ship by Fed-Ex. If you have any questions about your package size please contact us. We are not responsible for orders / items that are lost or damaged by the shipping company or organization (ie. Returns not accepted for all Scooters, Wheelman, Power Wheels and other ride on's. These items come with a factory parts replacement warranty. All warranties / returns if allowed are handled by the manufacture or our distributor. Please see above for details. For all other items please read: Returns will be accepted only if we grossly misrepresent the item. 1st class shipments will be shipped in a bubble mailer and are non-returnable due to the fact that we can not guarantee that the card or bubble will not be dammaged in shipping. Returns must be initiated within 5 days of receiving your order. Prior to returning your item you must contact us with the reason that you wish to return the item and wait for approval from us prior to returning. Returned items must be returned in as received unopened (unless a loose item or otherwise stated) condition. Item must be packed well, we will not issue a refund if item is dammaged due to poor packing i.e. box to small, no packing material etc. Tracking number is required (shipping insurance recomended). Buyer is responsible for return shipping charges. Refund will be provided in full minus the actual shipping price. Actual shipping charges are non-refundable. The actual shipping charge may be less or more than what was actually paid during checkout.
We accept Pay Pal (preferred), Debit cards, Credit Cards, Checks , and Money Orders. All credit and debit cards process through Pay Pal. If you do not have a Pay Pal account and do not want to set one up please select Pay Pal as a payment option and wait for your payable Pay Pal invoice that will be sent to the email address that was provided during check out (Pay Pal account not required). Payments must be received within 5 days after completing check out. After 5 days a payment reminder will be sent. At that point you will have 48 hours to reply to the payment reminder or make payment. If a reply or payment is not received within 48 hours your order will be canceled and the item returned to inventory.
Rebates are only available for items that state "REBATE AVAILABLE". Rebates are not available for purchases made by check or money order. Simply type "Rebate Please" in the special instructions block during check out. The special instructions block is located on the payment page directly above where you select a payment method. Rebate requests must be made during check out. Rebate requests provided after check out and payment has been completed will not be honored.
