Based on the American Maid Character in both the Comic and the fan favorite cartoon - THE TICK, she maintains a close link to the government. In all, though, as a character she is kind of shallow. Captain Liberty's interactions with Batmanuel are always hilarious, but mainly due to his dialogue, not hers.
